• Avoid white clothing because the portrait background for US Citizens Photographs is white.
• It is best to remove your glasses to eliminate any chances of rejection because of reflections.
• Your expression must be neutral with no frowning and can only have a minimal smile.
• USA Citizen photos must be taken by a professional studio
• Passport and Visa and Citizenship photo sizes and quantities of photos required change frequently. Please verify the photo specs with your embassy prior to visiting our studio..

According to the form M-476 "A Guide to Naturalization" your Citizenship application must include:

• Two standard, passport-style, color photographs.
• Have enough white space in the margin of the photographs to sign your full name if your application is approved.
• The photographs must also be unmounted and printed on thin paper.
• The background must be white.
• Have a full frontal view of your face.
• Taken within 30 days of the date they are sent to USCIS.
• You should print your name and application number lightly in pencil on the back of each photograph. We have the recommend number 4B or 6B graphite or carbon pencil. It helps to use the eraser to rough up the back of US citizenship photo.
• The front of the photos must have enough space above the shoulders to be able to sign your name.
• Hair should not be in the way of where your signature must be written.
