Feldman's Photography will create three identical Passport photos for the Phillipines that will be exactly 35mm x 45mm against a royal blue or dark blue background. There needs to be between 8-10mm above the crown of the head.

• Overall size of the three passport photso should be 35mm x 45mm
• Phillipine Passport photos must have a head size larger than 30mm
• There shoud be between 8-10mm above head.
• Phillipine Passport photos must appear in clear and good quality
• Phillipine Passport photos must be printed on good quality photographic paper
• Show the full face from the front view (both ears should be showing)
• The passport photos must have ave been taken within the last six months
• Color Photographs only, no Black and white
• Phillipine passport photos also specify that the subject should be neatly dressed
